What Is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a hands-on, evidence-based treatment approach focused on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall function. It addresses injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, sports-related conditions, and movement dysfunctions.

Through a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercise, education, and rehabilitation planning, physiotherapy helps support recovery, prevent re-injury, and optimize physical performance.
